The age-old cliché of your staff being your most important asset is as true now as it has ever been. The idea championed by the likes of Richard Branson having famously said “if you look after your staff, they’ll look after your customers. It’s that simple”* has become increasingly important given the recent COVID-19 pandemic and the poor state of the economy. Staff well-being and retention is currently imperative.
A&T Enclosures are very proud that we are able to reward the hard work of our employees. Whether it’s the opportunity to participate in our cycle to work scheme or the opportunity to win our ‘Most Valued Person’ award we put employee well-being above and beyond anything else we do.
We are very lucky that we have an incredibly talented and hardworking team whose efforts can be clearly seen in the exceptional standard of product that leaves our factory floor on a daily basis. To that effect we try to recognise and reward our team members through various initiatives. Some smaller, such as our quarterly company newsletter which recognises employees’ birthdays and any long-standing members of staff, some of whom have been with the company for over 20 years! And some larger rewards like Amazon vouchers through the company MVP scheme.
