We are proud to launch our 2026 Internal Team Leader Training Programme, designed to support our shop floor team leaders with the skills and confidence to get the very best out of their teams.
This ongoing programme combines theory and practical learning, with a mix of internal training and external specialist input where needed (including areas such as Health & Safety). The focus is on improving standards, driving performance, and developing strong, effective leadership on the shop floor.
A big well done to our four team leaders taking part: Adam, Kev, Pavel and Asif.
All four work hands-on on the shop floor, and their engagement, input, and contributions so far have been excellent.
This programme clearly demonstrates A&T Enclosures commitment to continuous improvement and investment in our people, developing leaders from within and building stronger teams for the future.
