We are delighted to officially welcome our HR Manager, Robert Bowker to the A&T Enclosures team.
Having joined us in October, he has already become an established and valued member of the business, supporting our team on a part-time basis with a real hands-on approach.
With over 25 years’ experience across HR and Health & Safety, and a strong background in manufacturing and engineering, he brings a wealth of practical knowledge that aligns perfectly with our industry and our people-first values.
As he says himself, supporting businesses is his passion, helping them get the very best out of their biggest resource: their employees. Seeing people develop and grow, and in turn strengthening the business, is at the heart of everything he does.
We are really pleased to have him supporting our team here at A&T Enclosures and look forward to continuing to build and develop together.
